DEFINE A STRATEGY
- Utilize audit insights to align strategy with business objectives.
- Utilize client’s research about personas and usage habits
- Determine content strategy based on audit findings.
DEVELOP TEMPLATES
- Create templates in Pardot’s builder with basic functionality or dynamic content/custom elements.
- Templates are editable within Pardot's WYSIWYG editor.

- Content meeting with clients (with a dedicated project manager located in Europe)
- Copywriting in ENG
- Image Selection
- Build Email
- Pull Lists

EMAIL AUTOMATION
- Set up email automation within Pardot (client is responsible for data flow
and APIs)
- Build emails for the automation
- Basic reporting
- Maintenance of the flow for one year
- Edits to the email content at an extra charge
- Changes to the flow or any of the triggers will be charged as a new

IN-DEPTH REPORT
- Analysis of the data: Users, Engagement, sales (client has to provide the
